Allied Health Services
We provide mobile physiotherapy and occupational therapy services across Greater Melbourne, supporting individuals through NDIS and Support at Home programs.

Empowering Independence
NDIS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our physiotherapists work with NDIS participants to improve mobility, strength, balance and physical function, with a focus on building and maintaining independence.
Support can include physiotherapy assessment, exercise rehabilitation, falls prevention, pain management, mobility training and recommendations for equipment where required.
We work with families, support coordinators and other health professionals to help keep physiotherapy consistent with the participant’s NDIS goals and wider supports.
Geriatric Care
SUPPORT AT HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY
HomeSafe Therapy provides mobile physiotherapy services for Support at Home (SAH) recipients. Our goal is to help older adults maintain their mobility and continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
Our physiotherapists support individuals who may be experiencing changes in their mobility or recovering after illness or hospitalisation. We work closely with case managers and care teams to ensure treatment aligns with each person’s support plan and ongoing care needs.

Daily Living & Independence
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our Occupational Therapists focus on daily living skills, routines, community participation, home safety and assistive technology. We provide a range of NDIS assessments and reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Home & Living Assessments, Assistive Technology reports and Home Modification reports.
We understand that reports are often needed within tight timeframes. Our team offers prompt appointment scheduling and fast report turnaround, while keeping participants, families and support coordinators updated throughout the process.
OT Support at School
SCHOOL-BASED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our Occupational Therapists provide school-based sessions for NDIS participants across Melbourne, allowing therapy to take place within the child’s everyday school environment.
Sessions can focus on fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory needs, emotional regulation, attention, classroom participation, organisation and independence with school routines. Support is based on the areas that are affecting the child’s participation at school.
School visits also allow our OTs to understand how a child manages in the classroom and identify practical strategies that can be used throughout the school day. Where appropriate, we work with teachers, wellbeing teams and families to keep everyone working towards the same goals.
